In this interactive session, Brock Argue will introduce the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel and focus on what it means to lead with a coaching mindset.

Participants will explore the productive tension between managing and leading, reflect on the best and worst leadership patterns they have experienced, and consider how coaching stances can shift everyday conversations at the Bank. Rather than treating leadership as a role, this session frames it as a practical choice: how we show up when people are stuck, when teams need direction, or when a system needs healthier collaboration.

About the speaker:
Brock Argue is co-founder of Superheroes Academy and FUSE Facilitation, and an executive coach, facilitator, and agile coach who takes a whole-system view of agility. Over the past two decades, he has supported agile journeys across industries including finance, oil and gas, HR solutions, public institutions, and technology. His work spans team coaching, leadership development, agile transformation, and building internal coaching capability. Brock is a Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach, Certified Team Coach, ICF-PCC, and certified Leadership Maturity Coach. He regularly speaks at Global Scrum Gatherings, local agile user groups, and professional communities focused on agility, coaching, and leadership.
