Presenter Bios
Dave White
Dave is an Accredited Kanban Consultant (AKC), Trainer (AKT), and one of the first Kanban University Distinguished Fellows. He was the first Canadian AKT in 2012 and one of the first AKCs (KCP) globally. Dave specializes in helping organizations mature their software development and IT practices using Kanban, ASP.NET Core, Kubernetes, Azure, and more. He is passionate about DevOps tooling, techniques, and mindsets, and regularly speaks on Kanban, DevOps, and software development.
Kert Peterson
Kert began his career as a Software Engineer in NASA’s Space Shuttle program, bringing practical insights into the daily challenges faced by engineers, testers, and creatives. An Accredited Kanban Trainer since 2018, he has guided Agile transformations for companies such as Fidelity Investments, Duke Energy, Dell, and Bank of America. Kert holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at San Antonio and lives in Calgary, Canada. Outside work, he practices Tai Chi and plays the mandolin.
