The UX of Words: Writing for Better Experiences

Details
Great user experiences don’t just happen — they’re designed with words. 📐✂️
In our April session, Inga Jakimcikaite, a UX writer, will explore how content design shapes user experiences in technical documentation and beyond — and why technical writers should care. Learn to craft clear, user-friendly content through real-world examples, apply UX writing principles in a hands-on activity, and see how you can integrate UX best practices into your work.
