Lake Louise Cross Country Skiing

Lake Louise Moderate level Classic Cross country skiing
Total distance 17km, 300m vertical. Simple terrain (no avalanche hazard)
Trailhead-Tram line parking (across from the Lake Louise train station)

Meet at the parking lot by 11 am. We cross the Bow River and head up Lower Tramline trail to the Moraine Lake Road. After about 2km we head up right up the start of the Fairview trail. At the end of the Fairview trail we can either take a short ski to the Lake or head back down following Upper Tramline to Lower Tramline. Friday looks like a high of -6C. Bring all of the clothes you need to stay warm and a lunch. Trail is a mixture of track set and packed. We can car pool. I can take 4. Contact me at 403 813 6642 or use discussion.
