2nd Annual Big Calgary Play Date

IT'S BACK!!! After the huge success of last years amazing event, we're bringing you the 2nd Annual Big Calgary Play Date!

Sprog & Sprocket are honoured to ask you to come join us on Sunday, September 15th at Crescent Heights Community Association with your family & friends for a play date like no other & help us raise money for The Children's Cottage Society and The Happy Birthday Project!

General admission includes the following:
• Two action-packed play areas with an indoor playground, ball pits, balance beams, slides and more! Hosted by Sprog & Sprocket

• A high energy musical and interactive performance to kick the day off along with accompanying mascots by Carlita Show - Guaranteed to get the kids dancing and giggling!

• Two exclusive performances from YYC's very own kids' musical legend - Mr Rayz! If you don't know the Cuddlebuddy Dance, you will by the end of the day!

• Beautiful Princess appearances by YYC Princess. Pixiedust and fairytales aplenty!

• Meet your favourite superheroes with Mascot Parties -High Fives All Round!

• High-quality photo booth with the FUNNEST props by FotoMoji Photo Booths

• Facepainting and giggles by Hopscotch Creative - Joining us all day!

• AMAZING Up-cycled Craft Station by EarthYYC

Re-fuel through the day with a delicious custom kid-friendly menu provided by the one and only Crack'd YYC food truck & the best coffee drinks by local roaster & coffee guru Devil's Head Coffee.

You will also be able to browse our kid & family oriented mini market featuring 20 local vendors!

Age details: Children under 6 months are free. Children over 6 months require a ticket. Entertainment at this event is geared for families with children 8 years old and under, but everyone is welcome!

FAQ's
What age group is this suitable for?
We find our main age group to be 6months - 8 years, but anyone is welcome!

Can I Drop my child off at the event?
All children must be accompanied & supervised by at least 1 adult. No drop offs will be permitted. There is no on-site childcare. Event organisers accept no responsibility for care or supervision of children in attendance.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is plenty of FREE parking in the school lot directly beside Crescent Heights Community Association.

What is the refund policy?
Every ticket for The Big Calgary Play Date is non-refundable.

Is my ticket transferrable?
Tickets may be able to be transferred to another name, within the same ticket bracket, upon request. Please contact hello@sprogandsprocket.ca with your full name and email address, and the request. While we will work to accommodate your request, transfer requests are not guaranteed.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can show your ticket on your mobile device or bring a printed ticket.

Are pets allowed at the event?
Due to space limitations, we kindly request pets are not brought to the event as they will not be allowed on to the event grounds.
