What we’re about
Our group, Calgary Kids’ AI StoryLab, is Kids’ 1st AI Playground — a hands-on educational community for children aged 7–16 to explore AI through creativity and storytelling. In our workshops, kids design consistent characters, continue storylines, and collaborate with friends to create illustrated storybooks.
We provide a safe and engaging environment where children combine imagination with technology, developing creativity, digital literacy, and collaboration skills while having fun. Guided by educators and AI mentors, kids learn to turn their ideas into tangible stories they can share and celebrate.
By focusing on story continuation, character consistency, and collaborative creation, our group inspires the next generation of young storytellers and innovators.
Note: attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them.
