After-work walk from the Calgary Curling Club in Northwest Calgary

Walk from the Calgary Curling Club in the surrounding communities and/or downtown. Please dress for cooler evening weather. Check this website before you come; fall walks are canceled for heavy rain or thunderstorms and an air-quality risk of 5 or higher.
This event does not allow dogs.

Meet in front of the Calgary Curling Club at 6:15 pm. Address: 720 3 St NW, Calgary.

Parking options:

• Free parking on 3rd, 4th, and 4a Streets for 2 and 3 hours. (Not too many parking spaces available.)
• Pay 50 cents per half hour after 6 pm and park behind the Curling Club on Memorial Drive and 2 Street in City of Calgary Lot 59.
• Free 2-hour parking on the hill above the Curling Club at 240 Crescent Rd NW. Park by Crescent Heights Park and take the wooden stairs down the hill at Crescent Heights Lookout Point to the Curling Club.

Directions:
The Calgary Curling Club is just off Memorial Drive, the road shown along the bottom of the photo above. Take Memorial Drive and turn onto 3 Street NW. The Curling Club is on the right side of the street.

What to bring
Dress for cooler evenings and bring water to drink. Please bring an umbrella in drizzle or light rain with gloves and a warm hat. Bring bandaids for blisters on your feet.
