Sorry for the long break! It's been a while since our last meetup, but I'm excited to get Calgary New Friends Circle going again. I have lots of fun activities planned, and let's kick things off with board games and coffee! 🎲☕

Calgary New Friends Circle is a friendly social group for young adults ages 18–34 who want to get out, meet new people, expand their social circle, and build genuine friendships.

Whether you're new to Calgary or simply looking for new friends, you're welcome here!

📍 Location: Hexagon Board Game Café, Kensington, Calgary
👥 Capacity: 6 people total, including organizer

📍 MEETING POINT & BACKUP PLAN

Meet outside Hexagon Board Game Café at 3:00 PM.

⚠️ Please note: Hexagon Board Game Café operates on a first-come, first-served basis and does not guarantee tables for board gaming. Seating depends on availability.

🎲 Table available? We'll start playing!

🚶 Waiting for a table? We'll check the waitlist and, if possible, explore Kensington together.

☕ No table available? We'll enjoy a casual Kensington walk and coffee hangout instead.

Please register only if you're comfortable with this flexible plan.

💰 EVENT COSTS

🎟️ Registration fee: $2.99 per person (non-refundable)
This helps cover Meetup subscription costs, support future events, and encourage committed attendance.

🎲 Hexagon game fee: Approximately $4.75 per person per hour
☕ Food or drink purchase: Required by the café
Café charges, taxes, and applicable gratuity are separate and paid individually.

📌 REGISTRATION & IMPORTANT REMINDERS

✅ Ages 18–34 only
✅ Register only if you genuinely plan to attend
✅ Cancel at least 12 hours in advance if plans change
✅ Arrive on time and check the event discussion
✅ Be respectful and considerate of others

‼️ No-show policy: Two no-shows without cancelling may result in lower priority for future limited-space events.

💳 Refund policy: The $2.99 registration fee is non-refundable, except where required by law.
