Organizing Meeting for Buy/Sell/Trade Event

CPS Members,

For those of you that would like to help out with the organizing of the buy/sell/trade event that is planned for Saturday May 25, we will have a casual get together to discuss what needs to be done so we can make this a successful event. It would be nice to get as many people involved to make this a true group effort and lighten the load for everyone involved.

If you could please RSVP if you plan on coming, so I can get a table big enough for those attending. If you would like to help out, but may not be able to make it on Monday please let me know and we will get you involved.

The buy/sell/trade event is something we have never tried before and to make it a success we need the involvement of our members. I trust you will get excited about this event as much as I am.
