Join the Calgary Power Platform User Group for a hands-on group learning session where we'll show you how to automatically append daily spreadsheets into a single, refreshable Power BI report using SharePoint as the data hub. No more manual copy-paste, no more "which version is the right one?"

#### What You'll Learn

• Setting up a SharePoint folder structure that plays nicely with Power BI
• Using Power Query to combine multiple files into one clean dataset
• Building a refreshable report that picks up new files automatically
• Handling the common gotchas: mismatched columns, file locks, and schema drift

#### How It Works

This is small-group learning, capped at 8 spots. Ryley will walk through the full build start to finish, then you'll have time to try it yourself with the Bauer Automate team circulating to help anyone who gets stuck. Think of it as a workshop, not a lecture; you'll leave with a working report, not just notes.

#### What to Bring

• Your laptop with Power BI Desktop installed
• Access to a SharePoint site you can test in (a sample environment will be available if you don't have one)
• A real-world reporting headache you'd like to solve

#### Event Format

• 4:30 - 4:40pm (10 mins): Setup (getting you set up with the wifi, setting up your laptops, etc.)
• 4:40 - 5:30pm (50 mins): Live walkthrough with Ryley
• 5:30pm - 6:30pm (30 mins): Hands-on build with BA team support
