What we’re about

Maybe you are just getting into running or want to start. Maybe, you’re coming back from injury, or just getting back into it after a break. Maybe you’re just not that fast. Pacing above the 7 min/km is ok, we all have to start somewhere. Joining running groups can be intimidating. This is a group where the expectation is a nice slow easy run and newbies are welcomed. If you’re a well conditioned speedster, also welcome to join, take a slow day or peel off on your own and regroup with us at the end. We’ll try to have a social post run.
