Dave has over 25 years’ experience in assisting companies, structuring transactions, accessing capital, and corporate governance. He has been a director or officer of over 20 public and private companies in industries including:

Regulated Gaming, Esports, Daily Fantasy Sports, Loyalty/Media Marketing and Natural Resources. The companies he’s been involved with have raised in excess of $750M while involved, by way of equity, secured debt and convertible debt.

Dave was involved with the Toronto Stock Exchange – Venture as Chairman of Alberta Local Advisory Committee for 7 years and Member of National Advisory Committee for 5 years.
