Dim Sum and Chinese Festival

Dim Sum at Ho Won Restaurant - website says they open at 11:00 on Saturday - think we should be there for opening. For the Festival the Lion & Dragon Dance are at 11:45 AM, the official opening ceremony is at 12 PM, and stage performances start around 1 PM. If possible we could car pool.
