A challenging ridge hike designed to build endurance and elevation tolerance early in the season. Forgetmenot Ridge offers sustained climbing, open views, and rewarding ridge travel once above treeline.

  • Distance: ~8–12 km return (depending on turnaround point)
  • Elevation gain: ~700–900 m
  • Time on trail: ~5–7 hours

The route starts with a steady forest climb before opening up to a scenic ridgeline with expansive views.
Meeting point: Petro-Canada (42148 AB-1) at 8:30 AM or Trailhead at 10:00am.
Event pace: steady, moderate (not rushed, not slow)
