EQ2iQ Parenting Workshop: How to Start Brain Training Your Kids

Details

Join us for this free interactive workshop as we explore what it means to raise children for social-emotional health and mental performance. All attendees will take part in learning coaching techniques, but most importantly, you will explore a transformative journey as parents and leaders of future leaders.

Learn how to:

  • Use joy to build resilience in children.
  • Use courage to increase emotional regulation.
  • Develop empathy for social-emotional intelligence.
  • Establish an identity for increased mental performance.*

*When we refer to mental performance, we mean measurable outcomes such as better grades, athletic achievement, and leadership deliverables such as communication and conflict management.

The workshop will be delivered by Ed Kang, cofounder of YouEQ and creator of EQ2iQ. He will share stories and coaching advice that has made him an internationally known executive coach and advisor to parents in North America and China for high-performance children.

Co-host is Michelle Giangualano, a two-time Olympic athlete and parent of two gifted boys on their way to becoming pro hockey players. Michelle is a master certified trainer and coach in YouEQ.
