Meditation in Depth III

Meditation is the key, and central, practice of spirituality and for the mastery of life. Much progress can be made when meditation is practiced daily. If meditation is so great, why isn’t everybody doing it? Is meditation an end in itself? Does meditation help with not procrastinating? How can I build the practice of meditation into my busy work and family life? Does meditation transform both the mind and body? Will meditation help improve my relationships with myself and others? If other practices such as visualization are done as part of the meditation session, will they be even more effective? Will meditation help heal the deepest wounds of the heart? These common, and not-so-common, questions and more will be covered. Join Hugh McCague as we continue to explore how meditation makes for the most direct and sure wise counsel in our daily lives and increases our well-being and capacity for service.

Opening the Vault of C.R.C.

The Tomb, or Vault, of C.R.C. is of great significance and meaning to students of the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC and humanity generally. The Vault of Christian Rosenkreutz, Christianus Rosae Crucis (C.R.C.) is described in the Fama Fraternitatis (1614). While that description of the opening of the Vault from 1614 is often focused on, it is important to realize that the Vault has been opened many times in many lands and in many hearts and minds over the centuries, including in the Americas one century ago with the manifestation once again of the Collegium Rosae Crucis(C.R.C.) as the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC. As with sacred texts in general, the description of the opening of the Vault of C.R.C. has many senses, or levels, of meaning that we will discuss. Join Hugh McCague in exploring the Vault of C.R.C., including a special mystical exercise to experience it.

The Spiritual Significance of the Summer Solstice

In preparation for this year’s Summer Solstice on Sunday, June 20, Grand Master Julie Scott will lead us in exploring the Spiritual Significance of the Summer Solstice as it has been celebrated around the world throughout history. This presentation will also include a special meditation attuning with the Sun – the amazing star at the center of our Solar System.

Sacred Space

Human beings have experienced sacred space for millennia. Ancient Egyptian temples included spaces that became so increasingly sacred up to the Holy of Holies that only those who had been prepared to withstand the intense vibrations of the place were allowed to enter. Ancient cultures around the world have observed some sort of space set apart from the profane. In this teleconference, Grand Master Julie Scott will take us on a journey to Sacred Spaces throughout history and around the world, including Rosicrucian Sacred Spaces.
