Day in the Desert is a fully supported weekend experience at our Mojave, CA facility: ZAKAR, built for riders who want a taste of real desert adventure without committing to a full multi-day expedition. You’ll arrive Friday, settle in, and spend Saturday exploring legendary terrain across the Mojave and into Death Valley’s most visually stunning zones.
This is a RAWHYDE training-tour experience. That means we ride, but we also pause throughout the day for light instruction – covering body position, line choice, braking, and terrain strategy when it matters most. Whether you’re dialing in fundamentals or pushing your limits, you’ll leave a better rider than you arrived.
