Many of us are born with psychic abilities but as we grow older those abilities get put on a back burner as our lives unfold.

3. Learning basic meditation skills and assessment of skills.
4. First meditation.
5. Meditation to meet your spirit guide. Memorizing that guides energy so you can recognize it.
6. Exercise to test your intuitive skills.
7. Meditation to meet your spirit animal.
8. Second exercise to test your skills.
9. Meditation to enter your spirit library and find your spirit object.
10. Third exercise to test your skills.
11. Meditation to visit your healing temple.
12. Meditation to meet your healing guide.
13. Final exercise and assessment of attendees.

At the end of this class you will be able to open and close the psychic door with ease and know how to protect yourself.
