# Have you ever wondered what guided meditation can do for you?

Starting Thursday, I will be leading a guided meditation at 7:45 p.m. pacific that will lead to three meditations per week for 30 days.

This is a club for those who wish to learn to meditate and for those who want to better their lives and health through meditation.

We will be focusing on health, money, relationships, **and other topics.**

A monthly fee of $25 includes all meditations for a 30 day period.

Benefits of meditation include reducing stress, improving memory, improving focus, lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety, helps you find inner peace, can help with depression, better sleep, and other health needs.

These meditation sessions are open to all ages and there is only space for 10 attendees and as stated above, will be held three times per week. I will also be conducting moon meditations. You will also learn various meditation techniques.

It is a great way to end your busy day.

All who sign up will have exclusive access to the meditations for 30 days.

If for some reason, you can't attend one evening, the meditations will be recorded so you can view them at your convenience.

Depending on participation, I may add a morning meditation.
