Roy’s Redwoods – Restoration of Its Forest and Trails

Explore the newly opened trails through Roy’s Redwoods Preserve. Marin County Parks in cooperation with OneTam have restored and enhanced the health of the redwood forest and the hydrology of the site. Much of the understory trail through the redwoods accessible to ADA standards.

We will start on the Meadow Trail, then walk the complete 2.5-mile Loop trail. Expect 300 ft. elevation gain and drop. Be prepared for wet trail conditions.

Directions: Meet at the park entrance on Nicasio Valley Road about 0.75 miles north of Sir Francis Drake Blvd.
Bring: Water, a snack/lunch. Dress in layers.
