About us

Jhana Collective is an online meditation community based in California, dedicated to the direct cultivation of Jhana as states of deep stillness, absorption, and ease.

We meet to practice sustained attention, relaxation, and unification of mind in a simple and grounded way. The emphasis is on experience rather than explanation, practice rather than philosophy, and stability rather than peak experiences.

There is no chasing of insight, no performance, and no pressure to get somewhere. Jhana is approached as a natural settling of the mind when conditions are gentle and clear.
Sessions are quiet and spacious. They typically include guided entry into Jhana, periods of silent absorption, and optional reflection. The atmosphere is calm, respectful, and oriented toward depth rather than discussion.

Jhana Collective is for practitioners who feel drawn to deep concentration without strain, simplicity over technique, inner ease over effort, and a mature, non-dramatic approach to meditation.
