Calling Case Managers!! Cultivate Calm in Child Welfare

The purpose of this group is to create a community of chaos tamers who can help each other navigate the dumpster fire that is the child welfare system.
Child protective investigators and case managers experience tremendous stress and pressure that we cannot simply “leave at work”. My hope is that this group will enable us to create a community that results in higher retention rates through creating a community of support for child welfare workers of all backgrounds and experience levels.
