What to bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind

A little about me — hi, I’m Monica!

I’m originally from China 🇨🇳 and have been living abroad 🇫🇷 🇸🇬 for more than 10 years.

I’m a 200-hour YTTC certified yoga instructor and speak Chinese, English and French.

Yoga is one of the ways I slow down and reconnect with myself, but I also believe feeling well is about the people around us and the conversations we have.

That’s why I started Calm Across Borders — to create a relaxed space where people from different backgrounds can move, breathe, talk and hopefully make a few genuine connections along the way.

Hope see you soon on the mat!
