Through energy healing and guided breathwork, you’ll learn a simple yet powerful practice that will help you release stored tension, quiet the mind, and clear emotional blocks that are weighing you down. Give yourself the time to heal. Your breath is the bridge—you just need to take the first step.

Bring:

  • Yourself in comfy clothing
  • A journal or something to write on and with
  • Water
  • A yoga mat if you have one
  • A favorite pillow and/or cozy blanket (whatever will help you feel comfortable lying on the floor)
  • An open mind and heart
  • Optional: a sacred object that carries meaning for you (ex. A crystal or talisman of some sort), and any oracle or tarot decks that you enjoy and would like to share with others.
