This Meetup explores how anxiety and overwhelm actually work in the brain — and how the nervous system can relearn safety without force, pressure, or constant effort.

We focus on neuroscience-informed tools, gentle regulation practices, and guided experiences that help your system reset and settle rather than “push through.”

Each session blends:

Clear, practical explanations of anxiety and stress

NLP and Breath work techniques to reset anxiety

Explanations of how the nervous system learns safety

Guided hypnotherapy and regulation practices

This group is designed as a supportive, educational starting point. Some sessions are free, and some optional continuation sessions may be offered for those who want to go deeper.
