This free one-hour online session introduces how anxiety and stress operate at the level of the nervous system, and how calm is something the brain can relearn, not force.
We’ll explore why:

  • Anxiety can persist even when life is “okay”
  • When anxiety hits trying to think your way to calm backfires
  • Silence or rest can feel uncomfortable at first
  • The nervous system stays on alert without obvious threats

The session includes a 20-minute guided hypnotherapy experience designed to help your system settle and recalibrate in a gentle, permissive way.
You don’t need to speak, share, or participate beyond what feels comfortable. Just listening is enough.
