Join us for a one-hour practice that blends mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, and meditation to help you ground into your body and cultivate deeper self-awareness, presence, and a more enduring sense of calm.

Each class is designed to:

  • Gently activate the parasympathetic nervous system — your body’s natural “rest and digest” state
  • Support greater ease in the body and mind
  • Foster emotional openness and compassion toward yourself and others

Bring your yoga mat and whatever helps you feel comfortable.
