Have you been able to have personal time with your inner guidance or Inner Adviser? This workshop is designed to help you deepen your relationship with the inner voice that guides, reassures, and aligns you with your highest path. You will learn how to recognize your Inner Adviser, distinguish it from fear or conditioning, and stay connected to it even when times are stressful.
We’ll explore how intuitive guidance speaks through sensations, emotions, imagery, and knowing. You will practice slowing down enough to hear the subtle cues of your Inner Adviser, and learn simple, repeatable techniques to strengthen you connection through a combination of intuition and visualization, journaling and breathwork, sacred sound and stillness and time to just be with this sacred presence.
By the end of the workshop, you will walk away with:
- A clearer sense of what their inner guidance sounds and feels like
- Tools for staying connected to intuition even in stressful or confusing moments
- Practices for integrating inner wisdom into everyday decision-making
