Learn to practice ancient body postures (asanas), breathing, relaxation, concentration and mindfulness techniques to improve core strength and overall health and wellness. Yogi's of all skill levels are welcome to attend.
Classes are free with suggested donations to the An Lac Mission.
Sally has donated all the proceeds from morning yoga classes to the An Lac Mission for more than 10 years.
