Rhythms & The Summer Breeze Picnic Pop-Up In The Park

Come out and have a great time at Rhythms & The Summer Breeze Picnic Pop-Up In The Park. For the love of community and our local musicians, this communal picnic will take place at the historic Archie Spigner Park (formerly known as St. Albans Park) where many of our beloved legendary Jazz artists once called their home. Bring your blankets and food-filled baskets and come be a part of a positive atmosphere for grooving and relaxation in the heart of Southeast Queens. The smooth sounds from Saxophonist Carl Bartlett, Jr. in a live 2-hour performance between 3:00pm - 5:00pm will have you vibing in the park. It will be a day of Caribbean rhythms paired with the soothing sounds of the saxophone, transcending you to a happy place. Whether you decide to play a game of the life-size version of Connect Four or just lay out on the lawn with your picnic basket while listening to music, this event will uplift your spirit.
