Scaling Deel's Global Payroll to 150+ Countries w/ Dan Westgarth, COO

In 2019, Shuo Wang, Co-Founder of Deel, presented to the Cambrian community when the company had just completed YCombinator.

Since then, Deel has grown its global payroll & compliance platform to 150+ countries, supporting 3,000+ SMBs, and the company is valued at $5.5 billion.

For this event, just over 2 years later, we're excited to be joined by Deel's Chief Operating Officer, Dan Westgarth to talk about what it took to scale a company experiencing hyper-growth. Dan joined Deel in April 2020 at the start of the covid pandemic when the company was still less than 20 employees (today there are 500+), they've been on a wild ride ever since.
