Colour Gels and Projections

This is a great shoot! We will be using coloured gels to create mood and combine them with projected images to come up with some awesome images you can't find anywhere else!

This shoot is great for all levels of photographers. Any DSLR camera will do, but you should have a lens that can open to at least 2.8 ( if you are a Canon shooter, we have some lenses you can try. )

We will darken down the studio and turn on the lights and create some awesome art!

For this session, we will work with strobes and projected images and create some creative work that resembles bodypainting mixed with colour highlights. See inspiration images at the following link:

We will have three different wardrobe changes and multiple combinations of colour Each person will shoot for a specified time in rotation during the 2 hours.
A non commercial model release form will be given to you for this shoot.
What you will need to bring:
• A DSLR camera
• Batteries.... don't forget to charge them!
• Memory cards..... with room to shot
• General Lenses – 24-70mm, 24-105mm and 70-200mm, 50mm or 85 mm are excellent lenses for this work. SEE NOTE ABOUT USING A LENS THAT WILL OPEN TO 2.8 OR MORE
• Pocket Wizards (if you have your own, otherwise one will be provided for you). We have for canon and Sony and Nikon
• If you have some images of your own you would like to project, bring the jogs on a memory stick and we can try them out!
