Holosomatic Experience with Cacao Ceremony (PM)

Join us at the somatic experience. Together we will perform some basic breathwork in order to release some unprocessed emotions causing traumas in our body and mind. There will be time for relaxation (Cacao Ceremony) and activation (connected breathing methods). The end goal is for you to feel better and let the trauma go away.
