Introduction to Shamanism
A one-day interactive course introducing core shamanism and exploring the non-ordinary worlds of the shaman. This will include learning to create sacred space, to journey and work with one’s own helping spirits, in animal and human form, allowing them to provide guidance, insight and healing.
The work will also include an introduction to shamanic healing, which can be used for the self and for others, basic divination methods, including stonework, creating your own power song and taking part in an Ancestor healing ritual.
Bring as many questions as you wish and an inquisitive mind for this inner work which can greatly improve your approach to all that is in the outer world.
This introductory course represents the prerequisite for our advanced courses in core shamanism.
Bring: Clear Quartz crystal, food, blanket, water, pen, paper, drums, and rattle if possible.
Tea/coffee and biscuits available at venue.
