Impressionist Painting Course - 6 Week Course

Join Cambridge Creative Corner for this wonderful introduction to Impressionist Landscape painting using acrylic paints.

This extremely enjoyable course is perfect for beginners but suitable for all abilities.

During the first few weeks you will focus on learning Impressionist painting techniques such as visible brush strokes, broken colour and impasto.

In the following weeks, when weather permits, we will paint on canvas in the traditional style "en plain air" the beautiful green areas of Cambridge, such as Midsummer common or Grantchester.

By the end of the course you should have a clear understanding of how to paint in the Impressionist style and hopefully a passionate new hobby! Best of all you will end your course with beautiful canvases filled with your very own Impressionist landscapes.
