Cambridge Film Forum: Bonus Event – The Royal Tenenbaums

Hello, Cambridge film lovers!

We are bringing you a bonus forum this month as part of our classic film series. May's selection is the 2001 film The Royal Tenenbaums, directed by Wes Anderson.

The film will be showing at the Arts Picturehouse for a one-off screening on Sunday, 18 May, but it is also available to stream on Disney+ and is widely available on physical media.

Often considered Anderson's finest film, The Royal Tenenbaums blends the director's singular visual style and humour with tragedy in this tale of three adult siblings (Ben Stiller, Gwyneth Paltrow and Luke Wilson) coming to terms with the wasted potential of their youth and their dysfunctional parents (Gene Hackman and Angelica Huston).
