Please join us for a casual evening discussing the new horror sensation Backrooms.

Based on an online forum trend and directed by 20-year-old YouTuber Kane Parsons, Backrooms had all the hallmarks of a crash-and-burn novelty. Yet, the film – which stars Chiewetel Ejiofor and Renate Reinsvre – defied expectations and has been met with critical and commercial acclaim.

Backrooms is currently showing at all three Cambridge cinemas, so please do find a screening that's suitable for you ahead of this event.
