Each session blends a guided conversation with a brief well-being element such as meditation or auricular acupuncture to restore focus and balance.

What to expect

Each session lasts around 60 minutes and focuses on meaningful conversation and a short well-being practice.

For those who’d like to explore these themes more deeply, extended three-hour workshops are also available, combining guided coaching, well-being sessions, and an optional free add-on for personalised matchmaking.
