What we’re about

Hosted at the Idea Space within Cambridge University. A discussion and practice group for men who want to address purpose, presence, and relationship awareness.

Each session blends a guided conversation with a brief well-being element such as meditation or auricular acupuncture to restore focus and balance.

Who it’s for
Men seeking growth, emotional intelligence, and authenticity in dating and relationships.

What to expect

  • Facilitated discussions on dating trends, boundaries, and purpose

  • Simple practices to calm the nervous system and strengthen self-awareness

  • A respectful, non-judgmental environment

  • Each session lasts around 60 minutes and focuses on meaningful conversation and a short well-being practice.

  • For those who’d like to explore these themes more deeply, extended three-hour workshops are also available, combining guided coaching, well-being sessions, and an optional free add-on for personalised matchmaking.
