Discussion - linking business idea to the theory of disruptive innovation

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all doing well. Following the amazing introductory event, I am pleased to announce our second discussion event and hope you can attend it. This will be similar to our last event where we begin with individual introductions about ourselves and some ideas we may have or those we're already working on. We will then link some of these ideas to Clayton Christensen's theory of disruptive innovation. Don't worry if you don't know about this theory. A day before the event, I will share a brief note that will be sufficient for you to get an idea about it.

We are expecting a small group, so please feel free to bring along guests who you think could benefit from this meetup or those who could contribute to the discussion. If you're playing around with an idea considering launching a business at some point or are already on your entrepreneurial journey, joining this discussion could prove invaluable. Whether you're eager to share your expertise or simply prefer to listen in, you're welcome to participate.

About the Meetup
A basic note on the theory of disruptive innovation will be introduced during the discussion. We will also talk about some examples, that will help you link your ideas to this theory.

Venue
We will be meeting at The Cambridge Blue. The pub is located conveniently near Mill road and the kitchen is open until 9.30 pm so you could also order snacks or food during the discussion or afterwards. The meet would last for not more than a couple of hours, depending on the number of participants but of course, you are welcome to stay in for any follow up conversations. Request you to update your RSVP at least a day before the event so I could make a reservation in advance.

Parking
The Gwydir street car park is the closest and free to park after 5 pm.
