Join the Lichen AI team for a round-table discussion on how generative AI can enhance product requirements capture to help build better systems. This session will focus on thinking through the new paradigm of using AI in product work, sharing real experiences, and challenging assumptions about what AI can and should do. Together we will explore the potential to deepen and scale the process of gathering and defining product requirements without losing touch with the thinking that matters.

  • How do you currently translate messy business context and competing priorities into actual product decisions and where in that process could AI add value without replacing the judgment that matters?
  • If AI could interview your users and stakeholders at scale and synthesize the findings, what would you worry about losing versus what would you gain?
  • How can we surface tacit knowledge and cultural insights within teams today, and could AI help improve this during requirements gathering?
  • How do we balance the efficiency of AI-generated requirements with the deep understanding that comes from doing the work ourselves?
  • When requirements change rapidly or conflict with each other, what helps you make sense of it all and could AI support that thinking?

The first round of drinks is on LichenAI. Co-Founder Diana Robinson and Issy Richards, VP of Product at Darktrace, are looking forward to meeting everyone.
