Colleagues as customers: the role of enabling products within large enterprises
Details
Inside large enterprises, some of the most important product work enables those that build for external customers. This talk gives an insight into the role of enabling products; differentiating treatment of customers and stakeholders, triggering the use of a "mandate" and what happens when your competing products are built... by your colleagues.
Drawing on more than 10 years working within Lloyds Banking Group across marketing, technology and product, the session covers aims to give a different perspective on product leadership, how it can be applied in a complex environment and why it matters even more as AI changes how colleagues work.
