Joshua Matthew has extensive experience in product management and product leadership, having led teams responsible for delivering digital platforms, and technology-enabled solutions in complex environments. His expertise spans product strategy, agile delivery, user-centred design and stakeholder engagement. He is also a passionate advocate for learning, leadership development and social impact. Through mentoring, STEM engagement and charitable initiatives, he has supported young people and aspiring professionals to develop skills, explore career opportunities and realise their potential.
