Wednesday Session

Weekly midweek run for intermediate runners. We normally run between 4.45 to 5.45 min/km pace. If this does not work for then please contact the host before the run.

Then if someone contacts me I can make sure there are two hosts

Route around the city centre and back along the river, with an option to do 7 or 8 km.

6.30pm at Midsummer Common.

Meeting point - in front of the domed toilet block by the bus stops on Victoria Avenue, just before the roundabout.
