About us
Do you enjoy going to reading groups, and also enjoy hiking? Have you ever pondered what it might be like to combine these two concepts? Then look no further. Cambridge Park & Ride, sorry, I mean Cambridge Walk & Read, is a 360 degree group to enhance and nourish mind, body, and soul, in a world dominated by digital hyper-entertainment designed to capture your attention.
As with a reading group, we select a book and read it before the session. Then, we meet up and go for a hike. We'll often stop for coffee, drinks, lunch, or dinner. The book allows us to connect and converse over this shared experience - listening, learning and growing along the way.
We hope to see you soon! Note, that this group is monetised. We also encourage an inclusive vibe which means listening and trying not to completely dominate the conversation.
