Welcome to Campbell Movement & Mindfulness, a community where we explore the intersection of mind, body, and spirit through mindful movement, yoga, nature walks, and meaningful book discussions. Our group is designed for anyone seeking to deepen their practice of mindfulness while connecting with others who share similar values of health, well-being, and personal growth.

We offer a variety of activities to nourish both the body and the mind:

Mindful Yoga & Movement: Gentle and invigorating yoga practices that blend breath and movement, helping you cultivate flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

Hiking & Nature Walks: Explore the beauty of the outdoors with mindful hikes and walks that connect you to nature and promote physical vitality.

Book Club for the Soul: Engage in thought-provoking discussions around books that inspire personal growth, mindfulness, and spiritual exploration. Whether it's a work on meditation, philosophy, or wellness, our book club offers a space to learn and reflect together.

Mindfulness Practices: Integrate mindfulness into every aspect of life through simple meditation techniques, mindful walking, and conscious breathing exercises.
This group is for individuals looking to move, reflect, and grow, whether you're new to these practices or have been on this journey for some time. Each gathering is an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow in a supportive, inclusive community.
