“Here at Chocolate Man, we have a passion for all things chocolate and for passing on this knowledge to others.
Bill Fredericks, the Chocolate Man, has been a chocolatier and purveyor of bulk and crafted chocolates for over 30 years. He makes everything from tiny truffles to large-scale chocolate and sugar sculptures. He is well versed in the 'art of the chocolatier' and loves to share his knowledge and experience. With a background in science and chemistry, he has taught classes to hundreds of local chocolate lovers as well as established Chocolatiers in the Seattle and Puget Sound region.
"Along with our handmade confections, we also offer a large selection of products for aspiring confectioners and chocolatiers.
