Women are the nucleus of the world! Today more than ever we are leading in business, government, mom/wifepreneurship, non-profit, private, social justice and faith-based communities. Given the current climate of race relations in our country, it is crucial that we as women, all women, embrace diversity and inclusion in order to impact the world around us. We must ask ourselves:
Through what paradigms am I seeing women of other races, religions, non-religions, or different socio-economic statuses? How can I strengthen race relations in my own life so that I can strengthen race relations in the world around me? Let's go beyond the surface and have those tough discussions about our biases, curiosities, successes, and challenges. EXPAND YOUR PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT!!!!
THIS GROUP IS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE DIVERSITY & INCLUSION AMONG WOMEN IN ORDER TO STRENGTHEN RACE RELATIONS IN OUR LIVES, BUSINESSES, WORKPLACES AND COMMUNITIES.
We hosted our premiere event on October 8th 2016 "Can You SEE Me - Women, Leadership, & Race" - the event was a phenomenal success. However, we want to keep this movement going through connecting, sharing and educating serious minded women who are available to have open discussions about race and leadership.
