Details

Yoga & Meditation : We will move through yoga postures, energize with some breath work and end the session with a short meditation and/or a relaxation.

Journaling : We will spend 10-15 Minutes to write after the session.We will learn to practice streams of consciousness writing.(optional)

*Make sure you have a mat, water and a small towel.
*Keep a book and pen.
*All levels welcome. Modifications will be given.
*We will meet at 8:45 and start at 9am sharp.
*Please be online 5-10 minutes before the session time so we can respect everyone's time and commitment.
*Keep your phones on silent for the class.
*Remember that this is your practice.

A little about me :

Hi! I'm Payal.

I help people lead healthier and fulfilled lives. I believe in humanity, healing and wellbeing. I believe we all have the potential to grow, evolve and lead conscious lives from the inside out. I am privileged to impact change and wellbeing through Meditation, Yoga, Life & Health Coaching and Consulting.

I study with inspiring mindfulness, meditation & yoga teachers across the globe such as Rod Stryker, Elena Brower, Emma Carbery, Shiva rea , Poonam Stecher to name a few. I am a certified coach from the Human Potential Institute, USA. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Yogalife® & several modules of Prana Flow® in Europe. I hold a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from University of Luebeck, Germany.As an engineer, I have conducted scientific research on Music Meditation and worked in the field of Digital Health and Wellness technology in Switzerland and Dubai.I have lived and taught yoga and meditation in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Dubai and India over the past 11 years.

Integrating the experience & mindset from 14 years of Yoga & Meditation helps me bring clarity, compassion, creativity and intuition in my work with my clients.
