Agnieszka Wood – Why Discipline Breaks Down in Trading
Details
For those of you who missed Keith Richards discussion with the group, his comments on where oil is going were interesting.
As a follow-up, to several recent discussions on trading psychology our next interactive discussion will be with Agnieszka Wood who is a Trading Mindset Coach and the Founder & CEO of Ahead Coach.
In this presentation, Agnieszka Wood explores why many traders struggle to keep their profits even when they know exactly what they should be doing. She’ll uncover what really happens under pressure, why discipline often breaks down at the worst possible moments, and the hidden patterns that quietly influence trading decisions.
Drawing from her own trading journey and years of coaching traders, Agnieszka will introduce a different perspective on consistent profitability and the overlooked skill that plays a critical role in long-term trading success.
About Agnieszka Wood
Agnieszka is a Trading Mindset Coach and the Founder & CEO of Ahead Coach. She helps traders stop forcing discipline and start trading with calm, patience, and confidence. With 15 years of trading experience and over 20 years in NLP, she brings a holistic approach that combines psychology, neuroscience, and emotional mastery to help traders build consistency from the inside out.
She is the creator of Compassionate Discipline™, a simple yet powerful framework that balances accountability with self-respect—allowing traders to stay disciplined without relying on pressure or force. Through her work, traders develop self-trust, the ability to follow their trading plan, emotional resilience, and the confidence required for long-term success.
Since 2019, Agnieszka has guided hundreds of traders to overcome emotional triggers, break self-sabotaging cycles, and achieve sustainable results through her coaching programs and her podcast, Confidence in Trading. She believes that success in trading starts with who you are—because who you are determines what you bring to the market, how you show up as a trader, and the decisions you make.
