1:30 - 2:15p - Robert Bailey - Building an AI-Powered SCRUM Team for Dynamics 365 Implementations

SCRUM is a great methodology for successful implementation of a Dynamics 365 solution, but it's even better when powered by AI. In this session we'll talk about the scrum method, and how it can be used to implement Dynamics 365 and Power Apps successfully. We'll Also look at some of the factors to consider when building your team, to ensure that the right skill sets are included to ensure success. We'll look at how to gather our requirements and manage our backlog with tools such as Azure DevOps, design our solution, then build a team to take us from start to finish. We'll also talk about how AI tools such as Copilot can help you implement SCRUM successfully and how the use of AI affects the makeup of your team.

2:15-2:30p - Networking Discussion - we'll debrief what we learned, ask questions, and discuss the value it holds for organizations, the challenges that might arise when implementing, and any other thoughts we might have!
